Return & Exchange Policy

We at Reale Railroad Shop want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for up to 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or exchange as per your preference. Please note that the product must be in its original condition with all the tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged.
